By buying any drawing, you are commissioning it to be used on your social networks. You do NOT have the copyright to the art, only the right to use it.

Please be very specific in your commission so there is no confusion. Please note that if any changes are required in the final stage of the commission (line art, final coloring) there will be AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Do not sell or claim as yours. In any case, if you want to market the illustration, an additional 55% will be added to the payment (Still the rights of the art belong to me, you cannot appropriate the realization of the commission).

Commission delivery depends on complexity and on the waiting list, but is generally 10 days.

If I have other commissions before yours please understand that it may take longer.

If you want the commission urgently there will be AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

After payment I'll send you the sketch in a few days or a week for the first review (changes to the sketches are free)

Payments will only be via PAYPAL (USD).

Payment is in advance. I WON’T start commission without receiving FULL PAYMENT.

THERE IS NO REFUND. Unless for some reason I can’t make the commission or don’t feel comfortable with the job. This can only be decided by ME.
